Du zerlegst eine Aufgabe in Teilaufgaben und sortierst sie in Gruppen, etwa Inhalt, Recht und Technik. Auf der Kachel steht danach ein Fortschrittsbalken. Eine zweite Liste musst du dafür nicht führen.
You split a task into subtasks and sort them into groups such as content, legal, and technical. The tile then carries a progress bar. You do not have to keep a second list for it.

Jede Kachel hat einen Aufmerksamkeitswert. Er wächst, je näher der Termin rückt, und er wächst noch einmal bei jedem Verschieben. Ab dem dritten Mal siehst du das an der Farbe. Für alles, was wirklich warten muss, gibt es einen Pause-Schalter und ein Startdatum. Dann ist Ruhe, bis der Tag da ist.
Every tile has an attention score. It grows as the date comes closer, and it grows again each time you postpone. From the third time you can see it in the colour. For work that really has to wait there is a pause switch and a start date. Then it stays quiet until the day arrives.

Notizen nehmen Formatierung, Bilder und Callouts auf. Sie liegen auf demselben Board wie die Aufgaben und lassen sich mit ihnen und mit Projekten verknüpfen. Ein zweites Programm für Notizen brauchst du nicht.
Notes take formatting, images, and callouts. They live on the same board as your tasks and link to them and to projects. You never open a second app for them.

Du wählst hell oder dunkel und eine Akzentfarbe, aus der die App die übrige Palette ableitet. Für Tage, an denen nichts ablenken soll, gibt es einen monochromen Fokus-Modus. Bei den Schriftarten hast du mehrere zur Wahl. Alle liegen lokal im Projekt und laden nichts von fremden Servern nach.
You pick light or dark and one accent colour, and the app derives the rest of the palette from it. For days when nothing should distract you there is a monochrome focus mode. Several typefaces are available. All of them are bundled locally and load nothing from third-party servers.
