The lifetime licence is a single payment. It does not renew, does not expire and does not need cancelling. Businesses with a VAT ID are billed by Paddle under the reverse-charge procedure, so no VAT appears on the invoice.
All prices include applicable VAT or sales tax. The rate depends on your country of residence and is shown during checkout. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance, the subscription renews automatically, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.
Payments, invoicing, and sales tax are handled by our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. Payment by credit card, PayPal, and further methods offered by Paddle.

Common questions
How does the trial work?
Every new account gets every Pro feature for 14 days, with no payment details. The trial ends by itself; there is nothing to cancel. After that the account continues on Free: calendar sync, daily capacity and reminders pause, the day plan shows today only, and nothing is deleted.
Does the free plan expire?
No. Free is not a trial and does not end. You do not need a credit card for it.
What happens to my data when Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. The account continues on the Free plan. Content above the Free limits stays readable, additional workspaces become read-only, and synchronisation pauses. If you subscribe to Pro again, everything is editable as before.
How do I cancel?
Through the Cancel contracts here button in the footer of every page, through the Paddle customer portal in the app under "Settings → Plan & subscription", or by an informal e-mail to support@abacado.com. There is no minimum term beyond the period you booked.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Paddle issues it electronically and sends it to the e-mail address from the checkout. Sales tax is shown separately on it.
Who is my contracting party?
For using the application it is abacado IT Services, Christoph Geiser. For the purchase and the payment, Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as reseller and Merchant of Record. Details are in sections 1 and 4 of the Terms.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, through the Paddle customer portal or on request to support@abacado.com.
Does my price stay if I subscribe now?
Yes. Subscribe now and you pay 5.00 € a month or 50.00 € a year for good. If the regular price rises later, it applies to new subscriptions only.
Is there a way to get Pro without paying?
Yes, through invitations. Your invitation link is in the app under Settings, Account & profile, “Recommend Aevo”. Whoever signs up through it and uses Aevo, meaning connects a calendar or creates five tasks of their own, gets a month of Pro, and so do you, up to twelve times. If a subscription or the trial is running on your account, the earned days wait until it ends.
What is the lifetime licence?
A single payment of 149 € instead of a subscription. It covers the full Pro feature set including future Pro features, does not renew and does not need cancelling. It is tied to your account and available for a limited time only.
How long does „lifetime“ actually last?
For as long as Aevo is operated. Should it ever be discontinued we will say so well in advance, and your content can be exported as JSON, CSV and Markdown as always. The details are in the terms.
What happens if Aevo one day no longer exists?
We will announce it by e-mail at least three months in advance, and the export as JSON, CSV and Markdown stays available throughout. If operation ends within a year of your purchase we refund 75 % of the price, within two years 50 %. An informal e-mail to support@abacado.com is enough.
Can I return or pass on the lifetime licence?
Return, yes: within 14 days of purchase we refund the full amount without asking why. Pass it on, no – the licence is tied to your account and lapses if you delete it.
