All prices include applicable VAT or sales tax. The rate depends on your country of residence and is shown during checkout. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance, the subscription renews automatically, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.
Payments, invoicing, and sales tax are handled by our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. Payment by credit card, PayPal, and further methods offered by Paddle.

Common questions
Does the free plan expire?
No. Free is not a trial and does not end. You do not need a credit card for it.
What happens to my data when Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. The account continues on the Free plan. Content above the Free limits stays readable, additional workspaces become read-only, and synchronisation pauses. If you subscribe to Pro again, everything is editable as before.
How do I cancel?
Through the Cancel contracts here button in the footer of every page, through the Paddle customer portal in the app under "Settings → Plan & subscription", or by an informal e-mail to support@abacado.com. There is no minimum term beyond the period you booked.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Paddle issues it electronically and sends it to the e-mail address from the checkout. Sales tax is shown separately on it.
Who is my contracting party?
For using the application it is abacado IT Services, Christoph Geiser. For the purchase and the payment, Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as reseller and Merchant of Record. Details are in sections 1 and 4 of the Terms.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, through the Paddle customer portal or on request to support@abacado.com.
What does "open beta" mean for Pro?
Pro is fully usable and under continuous development. Individual features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We point this out before purchase, and statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
