The short version
Motion takes planning off your hands. You enter tasks with a deadline, a duration and a priority, and an assistant spreads them over the free slots in your calendar. When a meeting is added, it reschedules. For teams with many projects and hard deadlines, that is a strong promise.
Aevo goes the other way. There is no assistant. A fixed formula scores every task, and you can read on each tile how the score comes about. From your meetings Aevo works out how much time is left today and marks the tasks that fit. When you do what is up to you.

What Motion does better
- Automatic rescheduling. When the day shifts, Motion shifts the tasks with it. In Aevo only the figure changes: how much still fits.
- Teams. Projects, assignments, workload across several people. Aevo is built for one person.
- Meetings. Booking pages and an assistant for meeting notes.
What Aevo does differently
You can see the sum. Deadline, date, priority, postponements and time untouched make up a task's score. A click shows each part. If the order looks wrong, you know which entry is behind it.
Your calendar stays yours. Aevo enters nothing there. Colleagues still see only your meetings.
Nothing reads along. Tasks and notes go to no AI service. More in task management without AI.
Your pace counts. Aevo compares what you set out to do on a day with what you finished, and works with that ratio. No time tracking needed.
Which one suits you
Motion suits you if you want to hand planning over entirely, work in a team, and price is not the question.
